Similarities and differences between products and pictures

Jofiou Beauty endeavours to ensure that all product images displayed on the website and the descriptions provided are correct, but the color displayed on the computer screen of each model may vary, and the company cannot guarantee that the accuracy of the product color will not be different at all. Product pictures are for reference only, but the descriptions and information provided in the product pictures are the state of the product at the time of actual shooting. The company reserves the right to correct errors and omissions without prior notice.

Order

Customs & Taxes

If the product is shipped outside of Hong Kong, China, you will be regarded as an importer locally, and you may be required to pay surcharges, various taxes, or register or apply for an import license with the destination of the goods. Return

We want our customers to have a pleasant shopping experience:
(a) When the customer receives the product, please check the product for completeness immediately. If there is any quality problem, the customer can clearly photograph the problematic part of the product and the label on the packaging bag, together with the order number and product number, within 7 days after signing for the product, and email to cs@jofioubeauty.com (service time: Monday to Friday 10:00 - 18:00); No return or refund request will be accepted if it exceeds seven days.
(b) All products returned to the Company are subject to inspection to ensure that they have not been used, modified, unpacked or damaged. In addition, special offers cannot be returned. All products must be returned in the original condition in which they were sold, i.e. in their original packaging.
(c) Only one exchange can be made per order.
(d) We will refund you when we receive the returned goods (refunds do not include original shipping, customs duties, customs clearance and return shipping). Unless the goods are sent incorrectly or damaged, all shipping costs, customs duties and customs clearance fees arising from returns and exchanges shall be borne by the customer.
(e) All refunds can only be returned to the payment platform used for the order, less 30% handling fee + 0 administrative fee.

Undeliverable order
