We deliver to Hong Kong, Macau and many international destinations. Available services and shipping charges are shown at checkout.
Dispatch and delivery
From Hong Kong: SF Express serves Hong Kong and Macau. You will receive a dispatch email when your order ships. The carrier may contact you to arrange delivery. You can add a preferred delivery date to your order notes, but a specific date is not guaranteed. Dispatch takes place after 5 pm, Monday to Saturday, excluding Sundays and public holidays.
Direct from Japan: Items marked as shipping from Japan are sent by EMS or FedEx. Please provide a residential or business address; SF lockers are not supported. International deliveries require a complete address and postal code.
Shipping charges
Hong Kong: free shipping on orders over HK$1,000; orders below this amount cost HK$30. Macau: free shipping on orders over HK$1,200; orders below this amount cost HK$48. Japan EMS delivery is free on orders over HK$1,500.
After dispatch, delivery usually takes 3–4 business days for Hong Kong and Macau, or 5–20 business days for other destinations. Check your cart and checkout for the shipping estimate that applies to your order.
Deliveries to Taiwan
Individual recipients in Taiwan need to complete real-name verification in the EZ WAY app. Use the recipient's registered full name in Chinese and linked mobile number. Download for Android or iOS.

Please inspect your order on arrival and contact us within 15 days if there is a problem. See our return policy for the applicable conditions, or visit the Help Center.
