使用習慣：
每晚沖涼後進行護膚程序前都會用Mode 2 (Mode 1 for初次使用或皮膚敏感人士)，假日就勸力啲朝早都會用。每次開機會自動運行十分鐘，然後會自動熄機但都要手動推翻個鍵去OFF。有時間嘅話會用多幾分鐘係頸。
用法：

一開始用嘅時候係冬天，天氣本來就比較乾燥，再加上本人皮膚一向唔夠保濕，每次沖完涼都要即刻揸護膚品，如果唔係塊面會好崩緊，所以我一開始用嗰時都擔心呢十分鐘會令到皮膚乾上加乾。如我所料，頭幾次用緊嘅時候都覺得皮膚好乾好乾，但用咗幾次之後就無咗呢個情況，即使我碌完面再埋碌頸先揸護膚品，塊面都唔覺得乾，改善皮膚泛紅等情況。

減少暗瘡、加快傷口癒合
